CYCI provides opportunities for people who want to work and/or perform in music but for whom mainstream opportunities may pass them by. We offer training, education and development across all areas of the industry with our partners all around the UK.

Yes She Can, in partnership with Help Musicians UK, is a new event from the team behind Independent Venue Week, aimed at young women, predominantly 16-25, who want to learn much more about various careers in the music industry.

  • Panels & Break out Sessions with practical, hands on demonstrations as well as small group sessions with industry experts.

There will be a strong emphasis on those roles where women are historically under represented e.g. Sound Engineer, Producer, Lighting Engineer, Tour Manager, Stage Manager etc.
